When will registrations open?
The registrations are now open.
Is there a registration fee?
Yes, participants need to pay INR 12,500 (+ convenience fees & taxes) for the all access pass for two days at the ODR Forum. This is the early bird registration fees, valid until 5 February 2023. Post 5 February, a registration fee of INR 15,000 (+ convenience fees & taxes) is payable.
Are there any discounts on the registration fee in case one is unable to afford?
Yes, you may request for a supported pass (Early Bird until 5 Feb 2023 - INR 5000 + convenience fees & taxes) through the same registration link. We will process each application for a supported pass on its own merit.
For participants unable to afford their travel and stay for the Forum, we encourage you to look for local sponsorship for support.
What is covered in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes access to all the events, lunch, and evening receptions at the Forum.
Is the registration fee refundable?
The registration fee is fully refundable, excluding the convenience charges of the payment gateway, if the request for refund is received by 15 January 2023. Post 15 January, you may send someone else in your place, but refunds will not be processed.
When is the last date for registration?
There is no last date for registration, but the passes for the Forum are limited, and we recommend that you apply at the earliest.

How to reach the Forum Venue?
By Air:
- To reach the Forum venue, the nearest airport is Kempegowda International Airport (Airport code: BLR).
- From the airport, it will take around an hour and a half by road to reach the venue. A number of autos and taxis are available easily from outside the airport.
- You may visit the taxi reservation counters within the airport, or use apps like Uber or Ola to book your ride.
By Train:
- The nearest train station to BIC is KSR Bengaluru City Junction (Station Code: SBC). It is well connected with all major railway stations in India.
- A number of taxis and autos are available from the train station to BIC. It takes 25-30 mins from the station to the venue.
- You may also take a direct Metro to Indiranagar from the Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Station, Majestic towards Baiyappanahalli (Purple line) from Platform 1. The journey takes approximately 15-20 min.
Travelling within Bengaluru
You may choose between a metro ride or private taxis depending on your origin and destination. Please use Google Maps to find the best means of transport.
