3. Refund Policy:

• All passes for ODR 2023 are non-refundable.
• Humlab Pvt. Ltd. will not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited, attendee cancellation, or any other circumstances. If the event is cancelled by Humlab Pvt. Ltd. full refunds will be issued.

4. Pass Transferability:

• Passes issued for ODR 2023 are not transferable. They are strictly for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are issued.

5. Cancellation Policy:

• In the event that the ODR 2023 event is cancelled by Humlab Pvt. Ltd., attendees will be eligible for a refund of their pass purchase.
• If you are unable to attend the event, you may not cancel or receive a refund for your pass.
